Meri ek girlfriend hai uski age 16 saal hai aur meri 26 aur jb mein uske saath realtion mein aaya tha tab mujhe uski real age ka pata nhi tha ab mujhe us se pyaar ho gya Lekin ab uske ghar walo ko pata chal gya hai toh uske ghar wale mujhe par saara ilzaam lga rhe hai jbki apni ldki koi mistake nhi Maan rhe hai mere pass uske proof hai ki jo kuch tha hum dono ki marzi se tha

Aapka matter kaafi serious hai kyunki ladki ki age agar 18 se kam hai (yahan 16 saal), toh chahe relation uski marzi se hua ho ya nahi, law ke hisaab se yeh Statutory Rape mana jata hai. Indian Penal Code (IPC) ki Section 376 aur POCSO Act ki multiple sections (jaise 4, 6, 8) apply hoti hain. Isme ladki ki consent legally valid nahi hoti.

you can sue the girl for misrepresentation of age or else her family will implicate you in a wrong case aap aur usually relation donor ki marzipan ke tha mis represents of facts is covered under the indian contract act
