MY GIRLFRIEND AND I HAD SEX NOW REFUSING FOR FURTHER RELATIONSHIP

I was in a relationship from last 9 months. From last few days she is fighting with me we both had a lot of fight, few days back she told her father that I'm disturbing her and creating trouble for her. Her father didn't listened to me and don't evening knowing about relationship threatning me of police not to talk with her and forgot. main concern is that i'm feeling used after that physical contact and fake marriage promises. can i do anything against her?.

If she has taken any financial assistance from you and you have conclusive proofs for her not Returing the amount then only you can file a case of cheating ! Else it’s better you stay away from her else she may falsely implicate you under section 376 ipc! It’s rather better you hire expert advocate n move your apprehension intimation for your safety ! a criminal complaint can be filed if the acts of the girl have resulted in a wrongful loss to you and wrongful gain to the girl or her parents. a civil suit for recovering the loss can also be filed in court. should you have any questions please feel free to contact me
