My friend took 40 lakhs for his Business and not repaying

I have given 40 lakhs money to my friend for his business purpose. I took amount from my relatives for intrest and given to him. It also includes my personal loan amount , credit card and pf amount. He paid intrest for 2 months and later When i am asking to repay he is changing his dates frequently , i have promissory note , blank cheques , bond papers , transaction ids and audio recordings.. Its already passed 1 and half year still no progress.. His mother has one property which already have another civil case running on it.. How can I recover money from him??

call me I will solve your problem. if you got pro note and papers of your transaction along with cheques of your friend, you can file cases against him and also can recover from him. call me, i will guide you through it.

hi you could file suit for recovery of amount from him asking him to repay with interest based on promissory notes and you could also place that blank cheques in bank and can start N.I act proceedings

you can file a suit against your friend for recovery of money by way of attachment of property before judgment on the house which was already attached in another suit. It is better to file a case under section 138 of NI Act (cheque bounce case) by filling one of the blank check.
