Hello dear, it is not a wise decision to only contest the case which has been registered against you. I recommend that you should also file a criminal complaint against the other party (regarding the fight between your family and your relatives). in case you succeed to get them also summoned in the criminal case filed by you, the other party shall come to compromise with you,or they shall also be sent in jail and shall face trial in court.in the mean time, in the FIR registered against you, i advise that you try to get marked enquiry to a higher rank police officer and try to prove your innocence (if the challan has not been presented by police in court). this way, if you succeed, your FIR shall be cancelled and in the case filed by you, the other party shall be in court and shall face the charges.

Hii...the offence is bailable and you can furnish bail bond in police station.no need to pay money to any police official or complainant.frst you should get bail from police station thereafter police will produce chalan in court where you can prove that police registered false case against you.

File a Bail Application first of All and if you feel the police is doing as other party seems to do in connivance with them you should move to High Court . and If police took the Judicial Remand then ok but if your brother was kept in illegal detention then you should move to HC against it. Remaining is the matter of evidence in Trial Court
