MY EX HUSBAND WAS DRUNK AND ENTERED INTO MY HOUSE AND TRIED TO ATTACK

I LIVE SEPERATELY WITH MY PARENTS AFTER ATTENDING MANY COUNCILINGS WE DECIDED TO GO FOR MUTUAL DIVORCE AND I DON'T LIVE WITH MY HUSBAND HE WAS DRUNK AND HE CAME TO MY HOUSE AND ATTACKED ON ME AND MY MOTHER. I WANTED TO FILE AN F.I.R. REPORT BUT POLICE DIDN'T SHOW ANY SERIOUSNESS IN THAT,THEY JUST PROLONGED FOR COUNCILING.PLEASE SUGGEST ME HOW CAN I MAKE A QUICK CRIMINAL CASE ON HIM.

hi if the police are not filing the F.I.R copy then you need to give complaint to superior authorities regarding the same and that if they are not taking action upon the complaint then you need to file private complaint before court
