My ex girlfriend wants all her money back. Rs 5lakh

I was in a relationship with a girl. We used to be good friends, however we developed liking for each other and we thought of getting married. Soon after that I came to know that I can’t marry her and tried to tell her , however she kept on threatening me that she will commit suicide and will create a havoc. I was pressurised to be in the relationship. When we were friends I helped her a lot financially, for which she was repaying me monthly. Now that I got married she is asking all her money back or else she will sue me. I paid her cash when she needed but she made bank transfers while repaying them. She even reported this to the police station. What should I do ? I don’t have evidence for the cash she took
if you don't have evidence you fish them out by hook or by crook. apply your cunning mind with which you decided that you can't marry her after getting or taking advantage of liking each other. anyway appoint a lawyer who can defend your case in court

has the with whom you have been who is your ex girlfriend charged or filed any fir or complaint against you in any sections if not then you can charge her for blackmailing that she can commit sucide and then file another case for money matter of whatever amount is there

No one can dictate your relationship status. If have evidences that she threatened you to commit suicide or pressurized you for seducing, better to lodge a criminal case against her. Otherwise try to collect evidences against her for any future use and counter attack!
Regarding money refunding, unless you have bank transfer or evidence, she may refuse the repayment.
Need to go through the police complaint as well for further appraisal, Please.
