My Ex Boyfriend Is Threathening Me That He Will Spoil Me And Insult Me

He threathens me that if i broke up he will come to my home and make an issue of that ..He said i m going to have only two days to get back to normal or he is take action

you can lodge an FIR in the Police station under section 506 of IPC, for criminal intimidation. As he is threating you to come together and you are not legally bound to do that. if he will come to your home and make an issue this will cause injury to you and your reputation. on the basis of that you can register a complaint to your nearest police station for criminal intimidation. criminal intimidation in simple words is blackmailing.
