My cousin is Framed into POSCO case, we need advice

Hi,My cousin was having a live in relationship with a woman, that woman has a kid from past marriage. I don't know what went wrong or cousin decided to move on, My cousin got married in last december. After that the woman first filed a dowry case and then later added a case that her kid was molested by cousin, now he is in Jail and we are not able to do anything.
Can you suggest, what can be done?
Under Section 22(1) of the POCSO Act, any person who makes a false complaint or false information against any person in respect of the offence committed under section 3, 5, 7 and 9 solely with the intention to humiliate, extort or threaten or defame him will be liable for punishment upto 6 months or fine or both.
Further, bail is always the discretion of the court depending upon the seriousness of the charges. And, your brother can make fresh application for bail also pursuant to filing of charge sheet by the Police.
