My cousin did some fraud and now we are in confusion

My cousin did fraud with several people in the name of providing property in Noida now his phone is switched off with no way of contacting him now my question is will there be any consequences to family because of this matter as he use to live with us in my home and use to go office from here and has given my house address to his customers as his permanent address although there is no connection of my family in this matter we were unaware of this until one of the customer reached to us .

You should immediately disown your cousin from the movable and immovable property that is owned by his parents and ultimately publish it that you don't have any relation with him and we are not responsible for any of the acts done by him.

You need to hire expert advocate n submit an apprehension intimation to the nearest police station in this regard else some client may include you all in his complaint that u all are also involved Kindly b in touch
