Whether it is possible in district court or high court
your case cannot be compromised simply by filing a petition in any court including high court. The only solution is, you get your case to commence trail.. in Trail the witness I.e. the girl will give evidence in your favor and express her intention to withdraw the case against you before the Judge. for this you have to manage the Public Prosecutor alao

if the case is filed and u want to compromise u can go for compromise and u have to file before the court and court will refer to lokadalth and matter Wlill get compromise and it should be in writing
