1st you along with other family members obtain bail order from Honorable high Court against whom the case was registered then face the trial . What is the cause of her death for immediate bail order contact with all the case record

If it is a suicide the police have been filed a case under section 306 ipc. Though they have filed a case u/s. 304 b which is a dowry death it is non bailable in nature. At this moment the bail cannot be granted and more over it depends the circumstances of the case, it may be granted after the charge sheet is submitted.

Most probably after filing of Charge sheet, your family members can get Bail from High Court. But it will base upon many circumstances, such as Copy of the PM report, duration of marriage and other things like the torture part and the reason behind the Suicide.

They may not get bail as d matter z related to death due to dowry tourcher . It upto d ability & presentation of advocate while representing d cas before d court.d bail can b granted at high court or Supreme Court. But b careful if once bail ll b rejected in high court then it ll b tough to pray for next time
