My brother's wife always gives slangs to me and my mother.she says words like "I sleep with many men's and my mother helps me in sexual act in my home".Can I file defamation case against her for making such comments?

dear client, you may file a criminal complaint against that lady and your mother has the remedy of approaching the SDM office by way of protection in senior citizens act... for further clarification and better guidance, contact me telephonically..
