My brother put wrong fir against mesection (452.323.427 504.506.34 )

I got stitch on my head (10) due to my brother against my brother I did FIR section (326)..his wife put wrong FIR against me ..my mom..nd my elder brother ..please I want advice..as chartsheet has been submit in court

It is a counter FIR since you have filed FIR against your brother. Nothing to worry much about it..collect the copy of charge sheet from court or appoint an advocate to go with you to court. Defend the charges against you. You can approach me for further information.
