My brother is not living with his wife..don't know where he is?

By brother has been put in jail.When he come out from bail...don't know where he is? Opponent party asking me for money...They are trying to include me....since I'm an employee in Tamilnadu. actually I am residing at Hosur ..400 km from my native place.iam not any contacts with him..and don't know whreabout he is..
The HC case can be filed at High court Madras. There is no correlation between the Life and prison. The case referred did not have the details about as to any divorce case. No reference about the criminal case.
