My brother is being detained by local police.

My brother's friend murdered someone and then police arrested him on the charges of murder and then police beaten him due to which he was hospitalized after this my brother went to meet him in hospital from there he was detained by police and was not informed to any of the family member since then police is not letting my brother to meet our family. nso pls. guide us what to do further in this case

Dear Questionnaire under the aforesaid circumstances you should collect the medical report from the hospital and file it before the court, if FIR has not been lodged yet then file one more case before High Court for illegal detaintion. Free to call for more legal remedy.
