My boyfriend falsely promised to marry me to have physical relation

I have registered a complaint against my boyfriend who lied about marrying me and after establishing physical relationship he is denying to marry me. I have filed a complaint against him. But, during the procedure the police asked me to do my medical. But, as it was optional, i denied the medical. Can this create any problem for me or the complaint that i have filed?

Yes it will create a problem. Your denial to conduct a medical will weaken your case as you're not submitting a supportive evidence to your complaint. It is your choice whether to do your medical or no but it is always advisable to do it.

Medical test is a part of investigation it would have created your complaint more stronger but that is only a part of investigation ,now since you have filed the complaint you shall prove your allegations strongly and give a full proof evidence to the court of law which is called conclusive proof

Well, you should have gone for Medical if your BF had recently engaged with you physically either without your consent or without your valid consent or obtaining consent by cheating you, not going for Medical may weaken your case. However, two of you if have not got indulged recently, then, authorities or Police saying you to go for Medical is nothing more than a formality, as any concrete results required can be fetched from recent intercourse in cases like your's.
