I understand the situation. With the police filing an FR and your revision dismissed, the case is now at a critical 'complaint stage' for arguments under Section 200 Cr.P.C. This presents an opportunity to convince the court to take cognizance despite the police's findings. We need to thoroughly analyze the FR and prepare strong arguments with all available evidence to establish a prima facie case. Effective legal representation is crucial now to persuade the Magistrate to issue process against the accused. Please have all relevant documents ready for a strategic consultation to proceed efficiently.

When the police file a Final Report and the revision court dismisses your challenge, the matter automatically proceeds as a private complaint. At this stage, the court will hear arguments to decide whether there is sufficient ground to take cognizance and issue process. You will need to present your facts and evidence clearly, because now the burden is on you as the complainant to establish a prima facie case. You should engage a lawyer who can prepare your complaint arguments, guide you through the examination process, and ensure that your case is properly presented before the court. This stage is important because the future of the complaint depends on how the arguments are placed.

File a Criminal Revision / Petition under Section 538 BNS before the High Court. This is the most effective remedy when the revision court has wrongly dismissed your revision. The Magistrate has incorrectly treated the matter as a complaint or has not considered your protest petition properly. File a Protest Petition (if not already filed)

Hello Sir, From what I gather, your previous Revision in the complaint case was dismissed, and we now need to move the Higher Court to challenge that order and seek quashing. My advice is to file a petition under Article 227. This is the appropriate remedy to challenge the Revision order and press for the quashing of proceedings. I hope this aligns with your requirements. If you need more clarity, I am happy to discuss this further.
