my and my husband's hard earn money is freezed under 102crpc

im nominee after my sister's death. she and her husband filled for divorce due to bad marriage .shez muslim and hez hindu 2009 done nikah and thn 2010 court marriage thn both shiffed to london both earned and came back to india in 2014. relations spoiled and 2019 she died of depression. case was still in d court and she died after writing Will. bt police freezed my and my husband's money along with hers.my husband is serving in Army as a COL. ive given nominated money to the will holder as per d will dat was my 61 old mother . her husband is troubling us by sending police and forcing wrong allegations in chargesheet.im on mive coz of husband's profession i want to quash the FIR bt yet nt received d chargesheet. we ve zerox of FIR. what should i do. ive all the evidence bt police is biased

Yes, we can quash the FIR by approaching high court. We will also try to remove the attachment from bank accounts. Also let me know if the chargsheet is filed. Kindly book a consultation call for a detail advice

Dear queriest, as per your query you have mentioned about your case in brief and therefore need to ellobrate the same. To take against police we have file Writ of Habeas corpus before the Hon'ble High court and also get the FIR copy so that we can file for quashing of FIR. Well, I can assist you to get the Certified Copy of the FIR and then, We can apply in the concerned High Court to quash the FIR & Criminal Proceedings under Sec 482 of the CRPC. Will do whatever best, I can.
