Multiple Abuses on call and murder threat

One of my family relative who works for indian police has repeatedly called and abused my father and even gave murder threat on call. What should we do as if we feel we are not safe and have safety issues as he works for indian police and talks like goon.

approach the vigilance department with your complaint. you need to be strong. don't worry you need not be afraid. or else you approach the court for seeking remedy. file a complaint case against him.
