Motorcycle seized by Police. How to Get Seized Vehicle Back ?

Yesterday when I was going outside my bike seized by police in Cuttack. They did not give me any case number. How to bail out the seized bike in Cuttack.

Your vehicle was seized by police in Cuttack because you were moving out side violating the restrictions imposed by the Administration. If you want to release your vehicle, then file an application under Section 457 Cr. PC before the Jurisdictional Magistrate. Court will call for a report from the concerned police station. Submit all the relevant documents like Registration Certificate, Driving Licence, Insurance certificate etc. You have to furnish indemnity bond and surety bond then the Vehicle will be released in your favour
