Mother of underage girlfriend against homosexual relationship

I am a 20 year old girl and my girlfriend 16 her mom doesn’t approve because of the fact that I am gay and she thinks I turned her daughter gay or imma doing so now therefore she wants to press charges against me. Can she do that?
Yes she can definitely take action against you. And it also matters that whether there is any physical relationship involved . In that case charges will be very serious . Even If no physical relation then also she can involve you in legal thing on fake grounds.

first of all its not illegal to become friends with homosexual or heterosexual or bisexual persons. if the mother of your girlfriend doesn't approve her to meet with you on the ground of your sexual orientation it's her own choice because she is the legal guardian.
Secondly, She cannot press any charge if any of your action is illegal.
