Mother-in-law has filed a fake complaint in the court

She has filed as 323,354,504,506,506II,34 against my family directly to the court. And that too after one year. Will it be considered?

Well, you can always raise that point i.e Why after a year - She chose to file a Complaint against you & as such, get your complaint withdrawn or quashed from court for once and all under Sec 482 of CRPF on the ground that she don't have substantive proof against you & as such, without proofs, her complaint needs to be dismissed rather than being entertained for too long to prevent mockery of your's.
