Money was taken foe geeting back govt job

I was a clerk in govt dept and i resigned to join another govt dept but due to some reason i couldn't adjust there so i gave application to my previous employer to take me back and after giving application there was no action taken but one of the person take 3 lahk in cash to speed up my application process but nothing has been done and this way i loose money..Can i fight legally against him?

Yeas you can offcourse fight your case. We can file a recovery suit against the previous employer and can recover the money infact we can also give a legal notice to him and give a complaint in the police station

No u can’t fight illegally on this ground bcoz your purpose itself was illegal to give money for speed up ! This mal-practice. The money recovery can be done on friendly loan etc but not for illegal activity

Yes you can always file a complaint against that person who took 3 lakhs of rupees in lieu of giving you a job. And you can also send a legal notice to that previous employer as to why he/she fails to employ you if you have given an application for the same. For more legal assistance I am just a call away.
