Money paid for a course but fooled

Sir/Madam,
This is related to a course enrollment with Study and Lead institute in NOIDA. I had paid an amount online for the course in B.E in Electrical Engineering. Until now no information had received from the institution on course tests. Due to unnecessary delay in responding and sometimes terminating the calls all on a sudden and no messages related to course. I had informed the course counselor on these matters but haven’t received any response until the date.
Please look into this matter and force them to re-credit the money with compensation. Your favorable action is needed to solve the issue.
