My mother had lend some money to a lady and she not giving it back due it my mother was yelling at her on phone loudly which triggers my anxiety and I'm feeling stress I really can't tolerate such conflicts and unpleasant atmosphere how can I lodge a complaint against my mother and that lady?
you can file a police complaint against the both the person for creating nuisance and disturbing public peace which are the offences committed under the relevant provisions of IPC.
if police will not entertain then we can file a private Complaint to Magistrate.
