A person cheated me saying that he will marry and took money. Now he is not responding

it is a case under cheating 420IPC and not money laundering.
please approach the nearest woman police station and file a complaint.
if physical relationship is involved then probably you should consider to include grounds for charging 376 IPC as well on accused.
