Money is not repayed by friend

I had given a friend approx 1.5 lakhs as he say his father is facing some serious medical issues and he will repay soon after his recovery. This was done 5 6 months before till he didn't repay our money . He was in contact with me through social media but from yesterday he deactivate his account and his number is also switch off . I want my all money back as some money I borrowed from sister to give him and now me and my sister both are worried because family is not aware about this .

Dear queriest, you can send him legal notice regarding your payment made to him, also if you have any payment mode transaction records that you paid him can help you to support this notice further we can file a case against him regarding recovery of your money through recovery suit. for more information about the same kindly call me.
