Money is lend by my farther to my uncle

Hello my father gave 115000 lakhs rupees to my uncle a long time ago and since then my uncle haven't returned any money and now I want legal help to recover that money with the legal interest if it is charged by law please tell me what to do further.

you can send him a legal notice for the recovery of the money. however, if the money was lent a long long time ago then recovery through court will be difficult as your money lent is time barred. you can send him a legal notice through an advocate and explore the further possibility.

What kind of proof is available with you that your father had given friendly loan to your uncle? If you have got any proof available, then only as a lawyer, I advice you to proceed further legally, otherwise your money and efforts will go in vain.

you need to file a recovery suit for recovering the said amount. if you have any document that suggests that the money was lent to the uncle by your father it'll help. or else you need to get some witnesses who would support you claim. interest can be claimed on the entire amount.
