Money given for admissions in SRM Chennai

I have bank transferred Rs two lakhs to a person who has introduced me as an agent for admissions SRM college Chennai from a friend of my daughter. After 4 or five days we intimated him that we are not going ahead and we expressed our unwillingness to proceed further. He agreed and said he will return money when he get other admissions.nAfter 5 months still he not returned the money and he says different excuses. how can i go ahead with charging a case against him.

there is a limitation period for every money related matter here in your case the limitation period is over so do as soon as possible first we need to send a legal notice to them. for more clarification contact me
