was that sex consensual or not. if it was not then have you filed any complaint regarding that. it is not a joke that you wanted a case of rape and fir all that to be done. there are many factors to determine it but what exactly happened with you that is going to be of concern

sabse pehle aap FIR karo ..and FIR karane ke liye koi paise nai lagte hain..FIR karne ke baad police investigation hogi and agar consensual sex nahi mila to chargesheet ban jayegi..Agar aap Delhi se ho to main aapki help kar sakta hoon FIR karane mein

Agar aap dono ke beech physical relation consensual tha aur koi jabardasti, dhamki, ya fraud nahi hua tha, to sirf baad me disagreement hone par “rape” ka case maintain nahi hota. Supreme Court ke kai judgments ke mutabik agar relation promise to marry ke jhoothe bahane par banaya gaya ho aur shuru se hi ladke ki niyat shaadi karne ki nahi thi, tab IPC 376/417/420 jaise sections lag sakte hain. Isliye sabse pehle aap apni puri situation objectively assess karein – chats, call records, messages, proof of false promise, threats ya coercion ke evidence collect karein. FIR hamesha facts ke basis par hoti hai, paise dekar chargesheet lagwana illegal hai aur isse aap khud legal trouble me aa sakti hain. Agar aapke paas strong evidence hai ki aapke saath cheating ya sexual exploitation hua hai, to aap nearest police station me written complaint de sakti hain ya DCP/CP ko representation bhej sakti hain. Police enquiry ke baad hi sections decide honge. Galat ya jhootha rape case aap par bhi IPC 182/211 ke under criminal liability la sakta hai. me apko reasonable rate pe sara kam krwa dungi
