According to law the power of attorney is only valid and effective till the person who gives power of attorney is alive and after the death this power of attorney become non effective and not valid. so if the property sold by the father in law after the death of your uncle then this sale deed also become void. you can file a civil suit for declaration of sale deed null and void. you can contact me for further assistance and advice on my contract number or email address through administrator of this website
