you have remedies available in both, civil and criminal law. in civil law you may file a case for compensation and under criminal law you may file a complaint against her, for filing false case against you

We must strongly contest case . When court will hold that the women have made false statement then you can file an application in court thereby seeking prosecution of women and even court can direct police to lodge FIR against them and arrest and put them behind bars.

Firstly, would require more clarity as to which cases are filed? or there are just false allegations? The case of malicious prosecution can be filed under Section 248 BNS provided cases have been filed or criminal defamation.
