Mismatch of fir and chargesheet rejected

My fir number when being searched of ecourt website it shows the name of other person and can a chargesheet can be rejected by the court ?

Sometimes, it is a technical error from ecourts that the name in FIR and ecourts appear different. In such case, you should rely on the physical copy of the FIR and rather ask the filing department to make the proper changes to avoid any confusion. Charge sheet cannot be rejected by court.
