Misconduct and manhandling by pvvnl employees

Pvvnl employee misbehaved and manhandled me but I don't have any witness, that office too donot have cctv. I made a call at 112 and reported that matter to police station in written, after getting that information they filed an application for abuse and throwing papers in their office. Police officials telling me to settle it down as it will not go in favour, as no injury no witness no cctv footage. What to do?

you can complain to the internal committee there will be an enquiry depending on that he may be boarded out collect all the evidences to file against him you say that you have employee rights you have to approach the senior management
