Mention about acquittal under criminal case in affidavit form

sir my father used to work in police department of state and he expired on service so government had offered me job under compassionate appointment and they had offered me with revenue department ... last year in 2017 my upper floor people wantedly kept a case on me i have been registered in FIR with 354a and 452 and we were 4 members in the FIR and i was named A4 we were given bail in 24 hours and have not went to remand . and later she get to know of situation and choose to withdraw and after changing sections to 506 and 509 the case of striked of in lok adalat after 7 days of fir and we were acquitted . Now should i mention about this in my affidavit form . if i mention that, would there be any problem of getting job or esle should in hide it

Dear,

You should state in the affidavit that you have been acquitted from the criminal case and now no criminal case is pending against you. Do not hide anything while submitting the affidavit. Hiding information about past record may prove fatal to your employment opportunities.

You can mention in your affidavit rightly with out any doubt that you have been acquitted from the criminal cases of 354 and 452 IPC and later charges also altered in to lesser offences more over you were not remanded even a day at least.
