Mai mere bf ke relationship mei hu 1year nd 6 months se usne phle mujhe propose kiya then usne mujhe apne pass bulana start krdiya ki tum aajao but m nhi gyi phir usne mujhse kha mujpar bharosa kro mai tumse shaadi krunga or tumhe apne ghr ki bahu bnauga ...mai SC caste se belong krti hu or wo Brahmin hai ..maine usey sab phle hi bata diya tha usne kaha mujhe koi objection nhi hai or msi apni family ko khud mana lunga par shaadi tumse hi krunga phir usne mujhe ye bolkr ki m marr jaunga tum aajao mujhe ye sab blackmail krke apne pass bula liye phir usko physical relationship bnana tha to maine mna krdiya to usne proof krne k liye ki wo mujhse hi shaadi krega meri maang mei sindoor bhar diya or bola abse tum meri wife ho or Mera haq h tumpar ...phir hmara relation or aage bada or April 2022 mei mai pregnant ho jisme mai 2 months or 19 days pregnant thi to usne mujhe kaha ki mai apne bacche ko kiraye ke makan mei nhi or abortion krwa diya ab wo na to shaadi krra h na hi kuch or help me pl

On this case first u need to do social meets mgs for marriage and if things don’t work out then you need to initiate police complaint to your nearest police station in this regard…u can hire an expert advocate to draft all the documents..b in touch

That’s a clear case of rape. You can always file for registration of FIR against the culprit under section 376. You can also send him a legal notice as to why he’s doing like that. And then write down your grievances and address it to the police station of your area. For more legal assistance I am just a call away.
