Mental harrasment to my father

My fathers brother is mentally harassing my father nnAfter property division , he is putting a lot of pressure on my dad claiming false allegations , which has led to a heart attack to my dad and he got 4 stunts placed due to his mental harrasment , and he is still harrassing

Dear Madam, You have to approach higher police officers to save your father from being harassed by your brother. In property matters such troubles will be given by their own family members. It seems those properties are self acquired properties of your father as such your father need not give any share to your brother.
