Mental harassment through past relationship

If someone is in relationship for 6-7 years and during that period male partner has obtain intimate videos and photos and after 6-7 years if he breaksup knowingly that the girl will not leave easily and then saying that I have those videos and all because of all this. Girl is not able to move forward in life. Obviously can't share it in family as family is conservative
What options does she have to get her things fixed up
