Mental harassment by senior student and bullying in public

Sir, I am a fresher and recently while going for a competion i got late by 1hr because of my health problem. I havnt told any student about my illness. In bus the head of our team who was a senior student bullied me in front of the students in bus. He used abusive language and i cried a lot.i want to take an action against him sir please guide me.
such kind of behaviour known as ragging. ragging is strictly prohibited in educational institutions. every institution have taken the affidavits to this effect from students. if you have wants to take any action against the culprits, then you have firstly give the complaint to your head of institution. if the head of your institution failed to take any action, then you have filed the complaint with the concerned police station along with the copy of complaint, which was filed by you with the head of your institution.

As you are a student i will advise you to refrain yourself from such things. this is just the begining of your life and career and you will have to keep patience if you want to succeed in life. otherwise you can sue him for defamation
