Mental harassment by packers and movers company

I had booked a Soda Set to deliver at Kanpur after picking up from Noida. The P & M company XYZ Packers and Movers had given a rough estimate of 4000-5000 for packing, loading and unloading along with pickup and delivery. Yesterday they came for pick-up and picked it up without giving any final estimate. Once the goods were picked up, I was told that its weight is 316 Kgs and I'll have to pay 19700 including the GST and all. I asked why this estimate wasn't told before then the person started giving different explanations. Again when I said when will I have to pay the balance (I had paid 2000 rs advance), I was told that today itself. Without 100% avdance it won't be delivered. First the irrational amount and then asking for money before delivery. When I refused, he said I'll come and drop the items at your pickup point., I said Okay, Now for that also he is asking for 12000 rs. Its like extortion in exchange for my goods.

ap consumer court m suit file kar sakte hai company ke against harassment or sevice me kami ke liye iss consumer court se apko jarur relief milega apko jarur consumer court m suit file karna chaiye company ko punishment milna jaruri hai

Hello... you can send a legal notice to the company first...then you can also go to consumer forum for such acts of the company...or you can lodge an F.I.R. for cheating and misappropriation... You have several options to get it done... Else you can call or text me for further perusal... Thank You...
