I have taken membership from one of the travel company. while taking membership sales team said lots of promises. but in document those promises are not present and without seeing it we paid amount. Later we found that promises made by sales team not provided by that company so we asked for cancellation. Now company is saying we can't cancel as per membership terms that is mentioned in document. We all call records with sales person. So using this call recordings is it possible to cancel this me
