Dear Concerned,

Without delay - file an application in the court of District judge / concerned court where the matter has to be listed - do mention the details of his previous medical history and attach the documents. You will surely get the desired releif. DO mention that money is being asked by the medical officer for referring your father for outside treatment.

Best of Luck

Hello,

You will have to provide me more details of the case so that I can give you a concrete advise, have you challenged this FIR before the High Court, have you applied for bail and other such conditions.

You should file an applucation for being released on bail both on merits as well on compassioanate grounds stating your fathers health. If it is an absolute fake case and the District Judge is convinced then bail will be granted by the District Court otherwise you will have to go to the High Court.
