Me parking bike in metrostation and pay 25rupees for parking and that day night i came in 10:20 in parking place my bike was missing.they are no security person in that time.ext day I was asked tha same security person to ask my bike was missing they tell we don't we only stay in10.00pm at night ofter that we don't know.and the metro staff also didn't respond correctly they said we don't know we don't have any connection to security department you ask them onley so what can I do know please tell me a solution

firstly you have to go police station and register FIR, and after that give report to DGP, and metro station controller who is looking after metro station. and also commissioner of police, compulsort you will get information and solution also.

First file a Report in concerned police station a about bike missing. Engage an advocate and file case before consumer forum about negligence and deficiency in service regarding bike missing and ask for compensation. (keep the parking receipt safe to file case) You can also file other criminal cases against the merto authority
