Manipulated magistrate refusing to file private complaint

Namaste , I have given the private complaint to the magistrate one month back for the non-bailable and cognizable offences . The judge is manipulated by the criminals just like the police & not filing the private complaint. Some crimes are carried out by the criminals in court also . So how to get my complaint filed & take action on criminals? Thanks in advance
hi if the magistrate is refusing to give directions to register the complaint and pass directions then you could file petition in high court to pass the directions to register the complaint in this matter and could obtain relief
