Man made false promise of marriage to make physical relation

Is there any law against a man who is married and he hides this from a female and use her body promising her marriage and that lady is unaware that the man is married. If there is such law what are the proofs the lady should have?

Yes, if a man makes sexual relation with a lady on the basis of fake promises, in that case a lady can file a complaint against that person under section 476 of I.P.C. even if she had consensual relation with him.

Hello yes .u can file criminal complaint with proof in court and another way you can move complaint nearest police station ...and the proof is compulsory when u file complaint. .
