आप सबसे पहले पुलिस में जाओ और वह दुबारा fir करो
धारा धारा 376(2)N Ipc 1860 के तहत उस पर मुकदमा करो।इसके साथ ही अगर पुलिस हेल्प ना करे तो Crpc की धारा 156(3) में कोर्ट में परिवाद प्रस्तुत करें । कोर्ट से fir का आदेश हो जाएगा ।
