aapane bataya hai ki 2 August 19 ko aapane thi jismein 308 354 504 IPC case darj hua tha lekin police ne Court mein 4 seat dakhil Kar Di Hai ab yah Faisla fever ko jail bhejen yah jamanat De De yadi aap es case m further legal advice chaty h aap mere ko call kr apni sanka dur kr sakty h.

hellp client as i can see all the section mentioned here are very serious in nature and all the section ate those where accused need to be arrested urgently in the matter of this case if police is saying arrest can nit be done is totally false statements. in this matter you need to take urgent arrest orders from apex court of delhi district court of delhi . so you need to take help of high court.

hanji...aropiyo ko jail Jana hoga..upar se police be gumrah Kiya hai...koi bhi cognizable offence pe jail ho sakti hai..toh ispe bhi aap sawal utha sakte hai...kyuki ab trial start ho chuka hai...toh aap unki giraftari karwa sakte hai.
