You have already filed discharge application, so next step is to press for hearing. “Called on” means matter is listed but not effectively heard. You should file a praecipe/urgency application before the court seeking early hearing of discharge. Also request your advocate to mention the matter for priority. If court is frequently not available, you may move an application for day-to-day hearing or request transfer to another court if delay is excessive. Keep attending dates to avoid adverse orders. If charge-sheet is weak, discharge can be strongly argued under BNSS provisions. Patience is required but procedural push is necessary.

At the outset, you should bring to the notice of the Hon’ble Court the delay in filing the say on your discharge application and clearly demonstrate the prejudice caused to you on account of such delay. Thereafter, if you so desire, we may connect to discuss representation and taking the matter forward.

Aap apne vakil se discharge application par early hearing ya written arguments file karwayein. Court absent/change ho to next date note karein. Delay zyada ho to higher court me direction petition de sakte hain.

Court delays due to judge absences or transfers are frustrating. Since the IO's reply is already filed, you should submit an application for an expedited hearing before the Principal Judge for reliefs.
