How to quash the case please provide assistance suffering alot due to the case my mother who is a senior citizen understanding more difficulties please help

A quash petition is a legal request to a High Court to dismiss or nullify a criminal case or charge. The petition is filed under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure (CrPC).      A quash petition can be filed by the accused or affected party. Some grounds for filing a quash petition include: The FIR's allegations do not constitute a criminal offense, There is no evidence to support the charges, Procedural errors, Malafide intent, and A compromise between the parties involved
