Lok Adalat Related Issue Both Parties

Dear Concern,nMy case settlement has been done in court in front of judge sahib, after that court given the date of Lok Adalat. nMay I know complainant need to come again in Lok Adalat whereas complainant statement already recorded.

Hi In case your case has already been settled and disposed off. There should be no requirement of approaching the Lok adalat. It seems that the court itself has referred your matter to lok adalat. In case if your case has been transferred to Lok Adalat and both the parties have to appear in front of Lok Adalat because the concerned presiding officer at Lok Adalat will take statement of both the parties in front of him …thank you
